Your Journey to The Write Time School
From your first enquiry to your child’s first day, we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Every Journey Is Different
No two children are the same, and neither are their journeys. We’ll take the time to understand your child’s individual strengths, needs and aspirations, supporting you every step of the way from your first enquiry to their first day at The Write Time.

1. Get in Touch
Whether you’re a parent, carer, local authority or professional, we’re here to answer your questions and help you explore whether The Write Time is the right school for your child. Every journey begins with a conversation, and we’re happy to guide you through the next steps.

2. Visit the School
Come and meet our team, tour the school and experience The Write Time in action. This is your opportunity to:
- See if we’re the right fit
- Meet staff
- Explore classrooms
- Meet current students (where appropriate)
- Experience the school’s welcoming atmosphere
- Learn about our approach
- Ask questions

3. Assessment & Transition
Following your visit, we’ll work closely with you and your child’s local authority or referring professional to understand their individual needs. This may include reviewing existing reports, meeting your child and planning a personalised transition that helps them feel confident and supported from their very first day.

4. Your Child Joins Us
Every student is welcomed into a supportive environment where they are encouraged to settle at their own pace. From day one, they’ll be introduced to their personal mentor, receive a personalised timetable and begin working towards their Personalised Support Plan (PSP). Regular reviews ensure support continues to evolve as they grow.
Helping Every Student Thrive
At TWT, we are committed to supporting every student’s unique journey through school. From the moment your child steps through our doors, they will experience a welcoming environment focused on helping them grow, discover their strengths and achieve their goals.
