No two students are the same, which is why no two learning journeys are identical. Every student follows an individual programme designed around their EHCP outcomes, personal interests and long-term goals.
Through small class sizes, personalised support and high expectations, we help students achieve recognised qualifications while developing the confidence, independence and life skills they need beyond school.

Post-16 Pathways

Independent Living Skills
Students engage in weekly sessions, learning essential life skills like budgeting, meal planning, and food preparation, all while earning accreditation for hygiene and cooking skills. These lessons equip students for independence beyond school.

Therapeutic support
A tailored range of therapies, aligned with each student’s EHCP, ensures pupils develop emotional resilience, communication skills, and self-regulation strategies, supporting their overall well-being.

Employability Skills
Through MATRIX-accredited programmes, students receive career guidance and vocational training in areas such as motor vehicle, hair & beauty, and creative arts, preparing them for real-world opportunities.

Sports & Recreation
Weekly trips and sports activities help students develop social skills, confidence, and independence, fostering resilience and teamwork through learning beyond the classroom.
